Complete our simple enquiry form with the essential details of your day: Your Names, Wedding Date & Time, Venue Location, and a brief note on the setup or service you envision. This vital first step allows us to begin planning your perfect atmosphere.

Connect & Curate Your Package
A dedicated member of our team will personally reach out to schedule a call. We’ll listen intently to your unique requirements, discuss your vision for the atmosphere, and curate a completely bespoke entertainment package tailored specifically to your needs and budget.

Secure Your Date
Once you are completely happy with the proposed package, simply pay the retainer fee. Your wedding date is then officially secured, and you can relax knowing your entertainment is in expert hands.

The Deep Dive
(30–60 Days Prior)
As your wedding approaches (approximately one to two months out), a team member will contact you for a detailed planning session. We’ll confirm the granular details—finalising your comprehensive itinerary, key playlist requests, special announcements, and all other essential logistics.

Final Confirmation
(7 Days Prior)
The final balance is due one week before your event. This signals that all planning is complete, and we are ready for seamless execution.
